These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Talia Guerrero online store (the "Services"), operated by Pedro Miguel Ramos Geada, NIF/VAT 269681299, registered address Rua Mário Henrique Leiria nª4 R/C A - 2855-253 Corroios ("Talia Guerrero", "we", "us"). By placing an order or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

Talia Guerrero is a curated fashion retailer of handbags and accessories, operating from Portugal and selling to consumers in Portugal and other European Union member states. The Services are hosted and powered by Shopify.

2. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order through the checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email once your order is placed; a binding sale contract is formed at that point. The checkout clearly indicates that placing an order obliges you to pay. We may decline or cancel an order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, an error in the price or product description, or unavailability of stock — and will notify you and refund any amount already paid.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order and depend on your delivery address and order value — see our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely through Shopify Payments; the options available to you are shown at checkout.

4. Right of withdrawal, returns and legal warranty

As a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and legal rights in case of defective or non-conforming goods. These are described in full in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including the Talia Guerrero name, logo, product names, photography, and text — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection law, including your statutory legal warranty rights. Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country where you, as a consumer, are habitually resident, which continue to apply in your favour. 8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the revised Terms here and update the "Last updated" date.
