1. Where we ship
Portugal and the other European Union member states currently available at checkout — the exact list is always shown at checkout before you pay.
2. Shipping cost
- Portugal: €5.90
- Other European Union countries we ship to: €6.90
- Free shipping on orders of €94.90 or more (calculated on the value of the products in your cart)
3. Processing and delivery times
Most orders arrive within 11–15 business days of order confirmation (including processing and transport) within the EU; some destinations or items may take longer. These are estimates based on our own shipping data, not a guaranteed delivery date — actual times can vary by destination, product, and season (for example, around public holidays).
4. Customs and import charges
Since 1 July 2026, EU customs applies a flat duty of €3 per item on parcels under €150 arriving from outside the EU (in effect until 1 July 2028); this may apply depending on the product's origin and is separate from any VAT already included in the displayed price.
5. Order tracking
Once your order ships, we send you a confirmation with tracking information where available, so you can follow its progress.
6. Problems with your delivery
