How do I place an order?
Choose a bag, pick a colour if there is a choice, add it to your bag and go to checkout. Delivery and payment options are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Where can I find the details of a bag?
Each bag's page lists the details that have been confirmed for that style, for example material, dimensions and closure. If you need a detail that is not listed, send us a message through the Contact page.
Are the colours exactly as in the photos?
We show each bag in the colours that are available. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
Shipping
How can I get free shipping?
Enjoy complimentary shipping when your eligible order reaches €94.90. Add your favourites to your bag and, once the threshold is reached, free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout where available.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Portugal and to a selection of EU countries. The full list is on our Shipping page.
